Hi, I’m Peggy, your building permit consultant and your go-to guide for all things building permits in Frontenac County and neighbouring areas. I grew up in South Frontenac, went to school and worked here. Now I am venturing into the consulting world and being my own boss.

Navigating the permit process can feel overwhelming, especially with all the paperwork, zoning rules, and regulations involved. That’s where I come in. With over 12 years of experience working for South Frontenac Township across multiple departments, with other local municipalities, Conservation Authorities, and other approval agencies, I help homeowners, builders, and contractors get their projects moving – without the headaches.

From reviewing and submitting building permit applications to coordinating approvals and keeping you updated every step of the way, I make sure things are done right and on time. Whether you’re planning a new build, addition, or something a bit outside the box, I’ll work with you to get your project going.

I’m based in Verona, Ontario, and work mostly from my home office, but I’m always out and about meeting with customers or dropping off applications when needed.
