- Assess project plans to determine permit requirements.

- Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary documentation.

- Prepare and submit complete permit applications to municipality.

- Act as an Agent between customers and municipality and/or Conservation Authority during the review process.

- Address any issues or deficiencies identified during permit review.

- Provide guidance on zoning, and Conservation Authority regulations.

- Keep you informed about permit status and any additional requirements or modifications needed.

We specialize in navigating Ontario's permitting and planning processes, helping you understand what's required and how to get it done with clear communication and without confusion. Zoning plays an important role in most construction projects. Not sure what you're allowed to build? We will review your property's zoning to help you understand what's possible - before you invest in drawings or permits. We can provide a zoning report of permitted uses, setback requirements, lot coverage and can assist if a planning application is required.

If your construction project is located within a regulated area according to your local conservation authority you may require approval or a permit. We can act as your Agent to assist with this process if it applies to you.

Understanding permit and development fees can be overwhelming. We can help you navigate building fees, planning fees, if development charges apply, and if any deposits are required.
